Once the priority start is installed,
what must I do to make it function?
NOTHING: the PRIORITY START is entirely
automatic.
Can the PRIORITY START stop the battery
when the motor is moving or when the hazard warning lights are switched
on?
NO: It is equipped of a patented system
which detects all electronic signals of a moving motor or switched on hazard
warning lights.
When the PRIORITY START has functionned,
what must I do to engage it again?
Simply wait 30 seconds and then open
a door or switch on the ignition and press on the break pedal; the
PRIORITY START will have detected a modification of the consumption and
will connect itself again automatically.
Can I use the vehicle's alarm with the
PRIORITY START?
YES: it must be plugged on the battery
without passing by the PRIORITY START.
Can I use flishing lights of signalling
or a winking luminous triangle with the PRIORITY STAR? (for priorityor
company vehicles)
YES: if they are plugged on the battery
without passing by the PRIORITY START.
Does the PRIORITY START avoid the wear
of the battery?
NO: but It maximizes the life of it,
because it is necessary to know that a deep discharge reduces the lifetime
of a starting battery of about 30 to 40%.
Must I dismantle the PRIORITY START
of the battery to desactivate it temporarily?
NO: disconnecting the small black wire
of the negative of the battery or of the mass of the vehicle is sufficient.
IMPORTANT :
For all electronic devices having memories
(car radio, radio telephones, phones) and if these devices are not equipped
of safeguard batteries, they must be connected before the PRIORITY START.
